Entertainment Weekly 2002 - Ford Explorer

This is a great article for facts, though the time line skips abound a bit. Funny thing is that most of the ideas that Harrison has personally brought to the characters he has played are the things I liked most about them, like Bob Falfa's hat or shooting the blade wielding character in Indiana Jones.

Thank goodness that "that Ford" had to spring a leak or we may have seen Richard Dreyfuss as Han Solo.

Rod & Custom April 2002 - Best Supporting Actor

 

I must say Bill Michaelson hit the nail on the head with this build. The attention to detail is on the money. I even like the way he explains the original movie car had a 348 even though Toad says it has a 327 with six Stromberg's. This "Super Fine Machine" is powered by 350 cubic inches and that is about as far off as this car gets. Besides the grill color I think this 58 is nicer than the original 58..... It..... It It is and it's better than Darryl Starbirds Superflecked Moonbird.

Hot Wheels Hot Rods 2 2002 - 1932 Ford 5-Window Coupe

This week we find our Hero Car in the Hot Wheels Hot Rods 2. It's a neat little book that shows kids all diffrent kinds of early Hot Rods and it even has a glossary to explain terms like "chopped top" and "nerf bars". The book also comes with a 1940 Ford Tudor Hot Wheels car. Every kid should have one. I know I do. Jeff
